Tournaments Abroad and the Madrid Sur Cup confirmed their agreement to send international referees to the tournament in 2013. Building on a successful first edition when 4 of our referees (from England, Ireland and Greece) attended the tournament, we will send 18 referees in 2013 to referee alongside local colleagues from Madrid.
